How do you ensure the safety of the products?

Our products undergo a rigorous safety process during manufacturing. Our production is carried out in accordance with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards, which ensure that our products are manufactured safely and consistently. GMP covers everything from the processing of raw materials to the packaging and storage of the finished product.

The products are tested in independent, accredited laboratories, which analyze, among other things, the content of the ingredients in the products and ensure that the products do not contain e.g. bacteria, molds, yeasts, heavy metals, allergens or contaminants.

In addition, it is our policy to never resell returned products.

Where do you ship from?

We always ship all our products from Colorado, USA. This means that whenever you place an order, it leaves from the USA. For international order you will need this information upon delivery for customs.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, most products can be shipped internationally. Please see exceptions in product specific information. Some products are shipped only within the USA exclusively.

Do I need to pay custom duties and taxes upon delivery in international orders?

Yes, you must pay custom duties and taxes upon delivery (when they apply, depending on the destination country). The amount of these depend on your own country, and FedEx will be handling these with you directly once the products arrive in your country.

It is recommended to check details with your local custom (e.g. from their web pages). Our products are categorized as supplements and/or vitamins.

This does not apply to our US customers.

What delivery company do you use? Do you provide tracking number?

Yes, we provide tracking numbers for all orders. Tracking number is sent to customer's email after the products are packed and when the package has been handed over to the carrier. We use USPS for US deliveries and FedEx for international deliveries.

Are your ingredients from the USA?

Yes, the majority of our ingredients are from the USA as there is our manufacturing, however some ingredients come from Europe, such as pine bark and birch chaga, or other areas such as the incredible mud from the Dead Sea. Originally, a Northern untouched nature inspired us to bring alive our natural wellness products.

Where do you ship to and how long it takes?

We ship in the USA (some restrictions apply to shipping to New York due to updated regulations), Canada, several countries in Europe and certain other countries. Please see the product specific information regarding exceptions, and also our Shipping & Delivery info page.

Why don't you ship to New York?

We ship almost all products also to New York. However, we do not ship products to New York that could be categorized as weight loss or muscle building supplements due to New York regulations that is protecting minors.
