AMONAS Return and Refund Policy
We guarantee your money back if there is a damage or a clear issue with the products.
Please read the following policy and instructions carefully:
Important!
Please be informed that when you place an order in our store, you must add your apartment number when filling in the address. Otherwise, we will not be responsible for the failure of the goods to deliver. This Refund & Return Policy is applicable in situations where customer has provided the correct address and apartment number for delivery.
1. REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
Any claims for damaged items must be submitted within 14 days after receiving the product.
If a package gets lost during delivery, we will be happy to provide you with either a replacement or a refund. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date.
Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense and are either replaced or fully refunded.
If you notice an issue with the products or anything in the order that seems to be out of place, contact our customer service and send a photograph along with a brief explanation of the problem. We will review the issue and notify you of the approval or rejection of a replacement or refund. If your claim gets approved, and you require a replacement, we will have a new order shipped to you within 5 business days. If you request a refund, we will refund your purchase. Please kindly note that a possibly skewed label in is not considered as a damaged item.

EXEMPTIONS
AMONAS will not grant a refund, credit your account, or replace a produced product in case of:
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or to your end customer (if and as applicable).
Rejected by customs - If a package is returned due to customs rejection, AMONAS will not issue a refund. It is the responsibility of the receiver to take care of the customs clearances appropriately in accordance with the practices of the destination country.
Unpaid tax - If a package is returned due to unpaid customs tax, AMONAS will not issue a refund. It is the responsibility of the receiver to pay any necessary customs taxes.
2. CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS WHEN ITEM IS NOT DAMAGED OR LOST
Australia, Canada, United States & other countries we ship to (except UK & EU):
All sales are final, and there is no returns or exchanges, except for the items clearly damaged or lost in delivery. Each item is sealed and inspected before delivery, and will not be shipped with any defects.

If there is no issue with the product but you still wish to cancel your order, please follow the instructions below:
- If you would like to cancel your order, you must notify us of your wish to cancel within 14 days from the date your order arrived using either email message or message via contact form at AMONAS site. Once you notify us, you will be responsible for the costs and arrangement of returning the items to us within European area.
- We accept returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered.
- Returned items must be returned unopened, undamaged and unused. Each item will be carefully inspected and if we see any marks in the safety seal we cannot accept a refund.
- To cancel an order, you must inform us with either of the two ways, and always include your order number:
