We accept payments with major credit cards and debit cards, such as MasterCard, Visa, and American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay and Google Pay. All payments are 100% secure SSL payments powered by Stripe.
We offer 100% money-back guarantee in case of defective or lost in transit product according to our Return and Refund Policy.
We operate internationally. Please allow us maximum of 3 business days to process your order before shipment. During rush times or in case of large orders the handling time can be longer that this, but we always send your order out as soon as possible. You will receive a tracking number in your email as soon as the order has been sent out.
Within the US the shipping fee is weights based, however our US customers always pay maximum of $11.99 USD per order. Our international customer pay fixed amount per order. The shipping fees are calculated at the checkout based on your shipping address.
Restrictions:
Some of our products are available for US only. We don't currently ship protein powder products to New York.
Free shipping available for all orders over $150 USD.

All products are shipped from our US factory. Therefore, customers outside US will have to pay custom fees. Each country a product is imported to has its own tax and duty thresholds. Possible taxes (sales tax, VAT or GST) and custom fees outside the USA depend on the destination country and they are calculated and added to the order amount in the destination country upon delivery.
